This superfood salad is our new favorite! It’s made with roasted sweet potato, kale, and chickpeas, then topped with cranberries and 5-minute homemade honey mustard vinaigrette dressing. You HAVE to try it!

  • Chickpeas are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
