When you challenge yourself, when you fight through, when you face your fears, when you climb that mountain you’ve been avoiding forever – you are inspiring people and you may not even know it.
Think about the people who inspire you. Most likely, those people are taking action, pushing their limits, and fighting through their fears – they go for it!
From a health and fitness standpoint, you have an opportunity each day to inspire others just by taking action.
Training 3 times per week on a regular basis may inspire a family member – “hey, she’s doing great, she feels great, has energy – that’s awesome! If she can do it, I can do it too!”
Bringing in healthy snacks, staying away from the office “treats” and sticking with the healthy snacks may inspire a coworker who has been struggling to do the same.
It is an exciting revelation to know that the actions you take can be an inspiration that can change the trajectory of someone else’s life. Just by taking action and challenging yourself!
